We offer the following services:

• Lead management (Basic and Enhanced)
• Bilingual secretary support
• Website maintenance
• Weekly blog content
• Business consulting and operational support
Service details, pricing, and inclusions are listed on our website and may be updated at any time.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate information needed for estimates, communication, or marketing
• Respond promptly to requests for details or approvals
• Maintain proper licenses, insurance, and legal compliance for their own business
• Review all estimates before sending them to their customers
• Understand that Impulsa Solutions does not perform construction, repairs, or field work
You are fully responsible for the accuracy of your business information and any decisions made
using our deliverables.

4. Payment Terms

• All weekly packages are billed in advance.
• À la carte services are billed at the time of request.
• A $1,000 deposit applies to all construction-related estimate packages (if applicable).
• Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
• Late or missed payments may result in paused services.
If a client receives a job from one of our leads, a 5% commission applies.

5. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:
• A specific number of leads
• A specific revenue increase
• That every lead will convert
• That website or marketing performance will meet a specific metric
We provide professional support, but results depend on your business operations, pricing,
communication, and market conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by Impulsa Solutions—including estimates, templates, website content,
blogs, graphics, and systems—remains our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
Clients receive a license to use the materials for their business but may not resell, copy, or
distribute them without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Impulsa Solutions is not responsible for:
• Errors caused by incorrect information provided by the client
• Lost revenue, missed opportunities, or business decisions
• Legal issues related to your business operations
• Damages resulting from website downtime or third-party platforms
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Cancellations

Clients may cancel at any time. Services already completed or in progress are non-refundable.
We may cancel services for:
• Non-payment
• Misuse of our services
• Abusive or inappropriate behavior
• Illegal or unethical business practices

9. Third-Party Tools

We may use third-party platforms (Google, Meta, CRM tools, website builders, etc.). We are not
responsible for outages, errors, or changes made by those platforms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you
accept the updated terms.
